The Chara-Pacioretty hit..
Above is the video of the hit that happened in March of 2011. It is amazing how that hit doesn't get a suspension but this one does:
Colin Campbell, former Senior Vice President and current Director of Hockey Operations for the National Hockey League, and Boston Bruin's forward Gregory Campbell's dad, resigned on June 1st, 2011. Now, I know this Rome hit is after Campbell resigned, but he finally made a smart move by resigning. It is quite ironic how any hit where a Bruin is a victim gets suspended, but if it is the other way around, no suspensions occur.
